We arrived by boat at the marina you'll find help to take your luggage to the hotel for a fee. Totally worth it!. I would love to go back.”

“Breakfast was awesome and our beach view was amazing!!! One thing I’d really like to highlight for management is my deep respect and gratitude for the staff—especially Assunta. She truly went above and beyond. On the day we checked out, while we were already on the ferry to Naples, I realized I had left my camera tripod at reception. I called to confirm it was there and initially planned to return the next day to collect it, even though it meant losing valuable time that we had set aside to visit Capri. To our surprise, Assunta offered an extraordinary solution. She kindly arranged to meet us in Sorrento before her afternoon shift so I could retrieve the tripod without disrupting our plans. We met her at the Sorrento train station, and thanks to her generosity and initiative, we were able to get it back with no inconvenience. We are incredibly grateful for what she did and will never forget her thoughtful and selfless gesture.”
